The Buzz About Oils
Let’s talk oils.... essential oils. I have been interested, yet skeptical, in oils. I did quite a bit of researching on essential oil brands and uses and finally decided on the doTERRA brand of essential oils. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on buying some of their products. My thought was, “what do I really have to lose?” The worst thing that would happen was that they wouldn’t do anything for me medicinally, but oh well, they would still smell great diffused.
Trying essential oils just seem like the next logical step in my journey to reduce the amount of chemicals my family was ingesting and using. I’m a firm believer that the combination of modern and alternative medicine is best for achieving overall wellness.
Here are a couple of reasons why I personally chose doTERRA for my essential oils….
Farmers that are very knowledgeable in the process of growing plants for essential oils grow the plants in their native environments. Growing plants in their native environment ensures the best soil conditions for a particular species, and in turn, the highest potency essential oil.
All doTERRA oils are CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade). Quality and potency is something very important to me. This is why I want to use essential oils that are free of synthetic filler and contaminants.
I went ahead and ordered the Home Essentials Kit. I was interested in the full size oils, and the ability to diffuse them right away. I will be doing reviews on various oils and discussing their uses.
